Terms and Conditions

When you place an order on the Floresco website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1) All orders can be placed online atleast one day prior to the delivery date. However same day order could be taken via phone depending on the availability of the product and the time and place of delivery.

2) All deliveries will be made between 9 am to 1 am on the specified delivery date.

3) Availability of flowers is subject to seasonal changes. If the photographed flowers are not available, we will substitute them with something similar.

4) All items like Cakes, Chocolates and other Perishable Products are sourced locally & will be hand delivered.

5) We will not be responsible for non deliveries that result from a problem :-

  • With the Address and/or Postcode you provide at the time of order placement
  • That the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.
  • Wrong phone number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

6) If the Address is correct but recipient is NOT present at the time of delivery and the house is locked. In such a situation -

  • We will follow any delivery instructions that you may have provided at the time of order placement. We recommend that delivery instructions are provided for all orders placed via our website or sales team.
  • If there are no instructions provided then the product shall be delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Security Guard/ Neighbour.

7) Delivery fee is not included in the prices.

8) Delivery fee depends upon the distance of the desired delivery location.

9) All prices include GST.

10) The image of the prodyct displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

11) The flowers might be in a semi-bloomed, fully-bloomed or budding stage depending on delivery time.

12) On some occasions, some flowers might be substituted with a suitable alternative due to seasonal or regional unavailability.

 

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1) Refund for the order will be done if it is cancelled before 48 hours from the scheduled delivery time.

2) If the recipient doesn't receive the order on the committed day, we will refund the money.

3) In order to cancel the order, the customer has to cancel 48 hours prior to delivery time via phone or email.

4) We have the rights to amend cancellation and refund policies without any notice.

5) No modification or cancellation is accepted for same-day orders since they are processed and delivered immediately. For other orders, 48-hour notice before the scheduled delivery time is compulsory for cancellation. No cancellation is accepted once the 48-hour time window starts. In case the order is not processed before 48-hour by our system after receiving it, or not delivered to the addressee as scheduled, we will refund the order amount.
